Q: My shopping cart is showing double the value that I have in it?

A: This is due to your cache in history, once you clear this the cart will show the correct value. See below help

Q: How long does it take from placing my order to it being despatched?

A: We aim to despatch orders between 3-5 days from payment receipt, this could be a little less or more depending upon how busy our warehouses are


Q: Are all your items genuine?

A: Yes all our stocks are genuine, purchased directly from the brands within the EU and have full paperwork. All stocks are in their original packaging with tags


Q: Can I select the sizes that I want?

A: All our packs are automated ratios based upon the sizes and quantity we have available you cannot select your own sizes


Q: What is the minimum order value and quantity?


A: We do not have a minimum order value, our minimum order quantity is 6 units of any style you select, however there may be items with less than 6 that you can purchase.


 Q: Do I need a VAT number to buy from you?


A: No you do not need to be VAT registered to buy from us
